PICTURE FRAMES

Yes, framed work can be shipped easily and safely!  All works are insured for their total value, including framing.

 

GENERAL

All prices are quoted in USA dollars.


ORDERING FRAMES

Works  are framed or unframed as noted.  Custom framing is available on request.  

For works on paper we use a clean, elegant wood frame. 

 Our standard frame for smaller works (16" x 20" frame size) is available in smooth black or light natural wood finish. and in deep cherry or black for the larger works on paper.  All works are professionally and archivally framed, using quality materials.

SHIPPING  

Packages are shipped via UPS ground or Federal Express ground,  Shipping is calculated through PayPal, when you check out.


SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Any claims for damage incurred during shipping must be made with the courier.  Julia O’Reilly does not take responsibility for shipping damage.

Please inspect and count all packages carefully when they arrive. If something appears to be damaged please note it on the delivery receipt, and have the driver sign it. Save any cartons that are damaged.

Please open your packages and inspect them for hidden damage (damage that was not easily recognized from looking at the outside of the box). If you discover internal damage please contact us immediately.



RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your art, so we will exchange or return your purchase price for any reason.  Returns may be made within 15 days of receipt of the product, postage prepaid.   All returns must be authorized by Julia O’Reilly and must be shipped via the same carrier/rate as it was shipped to you.  Please contact us for authorization, by phone at 541-689-7938 (studio) or 541-914-0798 (cell) or via email customer-service@juliaoreilly.com  and mention "CUSTOMER SERVICE" in the subject line. We'll get back to you promptly.

Julia O’Reilly will not take back artwork that has been damaged during shipping (see claims section). Claims for damage that has occurred during shipping must be made with the courier.
