Refunds Policy

    We want you to be happy with the services and information you purchase from us. You are entitled to a full money back guarantee for 30 days. If at any point between the date of purchase and 30 days elapse you are dissatisfied with our products or services, you may apply for a full refund.

    If applying for a refund, you must detail your reasoning for requesting the refund, at which point the we have the opportunity and right to attempt to resolve your complaint. If we are unable to resolve the your complaints, then you will be issued your refund in full.

    Requesting a refund at any point beyond the 30-day window voids the money back offer.

    If we are working with you under contract, terms of the contractual agreement supersede this policy. Please refer to your contract for cancellation terms.
